So many movies that cant just scribble a detailed review for all the movies so just going to keep it short and give it a rating..

1.UP..NICE ANIMATION WITH A CUTE STORY LINE FANTASY AND FICTION ...GUD FOR KIDS ..IT GETS A 2 OUT OF 5

2.TAKING PEHLAM123.... INTENSE ACTING BY BOTH THE ACADEMY AWARD WINNERS...GOOD WATCH BUT LACKS A NEW PLOT ..SAME OLD HOSTAGE DRAMA ...A 2 OUT OF 5

3. G FORCE....CAN BE WATCHED ONCE WITH BRAINS SWITCHED OF.... NICE ANIMATION WORK BUT LACKS SUBSTANCE....1 OF 5

4. WATCHMEN...A GOOD STORY LINE ,DIRECTION AND CINEMATOGRAPHY CAN BE SEEN ONCE AND CAN BE JUDGED ALONG THE LINES OF THE DARK KNIGHT .3OUT OF 5

5. SURROGATE...A SCI FI FLICK TRYING TO IMITATE MATRIX BY GIVING BIRTH TO A PARALLEL REALITY OF EXISTENCE OF SURROGATES IN THE REAL WORLD ...QUITE INSPIRED BUT LACKS THE PUNCH EVEN WITH BRUCE WILLIS HAVING A BLEEDING SCAR THROUGH OUT THE MOVIE...1OUT OF 5

PARANORMAL ACTIVITY...the movie

Heard about the movie from the reviews narrated by Rajeev Masand (he always gives me a feeling about someone babbling away just on the edge of the bathroom door waiting it to open before his bladder bursts out) .Coming to the movie to count on the gold it has thrills to make you believe for another entity coexisting with you,the whole movie being shot on a didgicam makes the whole plot more believable making us sympathise with both the central characters of the movie .Shot over a span of 90 minutes or so it does make us believe that this is happening for real inthe year 2006 (acknowledgement given to the police in the begining of the movie does the trick well).
Coming to the negative part movie does become a bit draggy at some places and some instances do look likethey are trying hard to make us believe (like where the so called spirit leads the male character to the closet to hand him over the photograph ).Overall the movie can be seen once as a good approach to light horror .(do not compare it with classics like ring 1and 2 or any other high budjeted slick flicks)

THE INCREDIBLE MOONWALKER

There are many people who have stepped on earth and after that the earth has never remained the way it was previously.One of the many who entered people 's hearts and left an imprint that just stayed permanently etched is the man who gave the world the incredible moonwalk .... Michael Joseph Jackson.Born on the 29 th day of the August month of the year 1958 as the seventh heir to the Jackson's family and starting a career of singing at an age of five in Jackson's five he took up the journey in giving the world something that just cannot measure up in words.1982 threw him on to the centre stage with his super hit album Thriller and a phenomenon 8 Grammy awards in 1984 ,"the legend was born".Creativity at its best just oozed out from his performances and every new performance added a new insignia to the world of music and dance .Dance just took a new meaning and moved ahead while people just could gape and admire in awe as he presented to the world the era of Breath taking Break Dance ,charismatic pelvic thrust and the incredible moon walk .He was creating history as he moved from one album to another and all of us who grew in that era had him as the idol of dance.On 25 June 09 he left the world in shock and dismay as that day the world realised that they have lost an entertainer whose talent could not just be weighed in words but gold.He would remain and live forever in all our hearts as the legend who changed the course of dance and gave us the....................... INCREDIBLE MOON WALKER

GETTING HIM TOILET TRAINED

This one's for all those who have pups and they look up to you like this after a proper scolding when they pee right at your carpet or the expensive Persian bed sheet ....... that's when they need to get toilet trained... simple tips to get your pup toilet trained try it you will never have to scold that face again..

1. Next time he has an urge to fizz out put a news paper under him and dont throw it .
2. Take it out and dry it and place the same news paper next to him when his pee wee starts to tinkle he will pee on the news paper as it gets the smell.
3. Next try to take the news paper out to the open after making him sniff it.. he will definitely go for it that's it your pup is toilet trained as he will look for the news paper always...; and you will have it kept outside ...and he thus pisses outside.

ON..GERMAN SHEPHERD & ALSATIONS.....

Whats the difference thats what many ask and many just babble out the answer as if they know everything ...
This elite breed originated from the hills of Germany and were known for their sober temperaments,light eating habits,efficient tracking abilities and not to miss out their amazing good looks(hardly you will find any over bloated german shepherd dog until and unless its retarded).Because of all these features they were sought after and became famous as the German shepherd .Soon their qualities traveled across the globe and came to be known as good attackers and guard dogs.Their breed was then adopted by the Britishers and used in world war I and subsequently in world war II and as they were against Germans couldn't use the name German Shepherd and hence they were rechristened as Alsatians ..... thats how the same canine was called differently across two different countries

LOVE.... TODAY AND TOMORROW

And when you were just thinking that the genre of movies were culminating in to
low budget or high budgeted garbage painted with obscenity with the only intention to make some fast buck comes a light hearted comedy that can be watched as a nice romantic ,unfilled(unrealistic though... you never get everything in life)sweet movie .It just has a common age old recipe of romeo n julliet twisted on the time line to make believe that the saif as sardarji and the one in future are just the same ....in short a good family entertainer with good direction and performances but lacks in a substantial storyline and believe us ...songs cannot be used to stretch a movie in to three hours ..... its worth a watch so go ahead n enzoy

SWINE FLU

The curtain raiser to another epidemic breakout has just begun and the response that it gets from all of us is that of indifference .Lurking in the shadows outside our boundary wall ,it just seems to emphasize its existence and we are just not ready to acknowledge it.Speaking of which its just not something new that just popped out from the sky but did coexist with the human race from 1918 when it first surfaced and then again in 1976(USA),1988(USA) ,1998 (USA),2007(Phillipine)....Well whatever mentioned above is not that important but what comes below is :

(b) Chest congestion
(c) High Fever(no signs of going mild)
(d) Shortness of Breath

What to do
(a) clean hands with soap regularily
(b) Avoid close contact with people who have symptoms of the flu

(f) Rest and take plenty of fluids
(g) If you have persistent fever avoid crowded places

wow .. its been 81 days 2 hours and fortynine minutes since this blog page saw sunshine... if i say , so much to catch up to,then it just cant be replicated on to literary form ,because there was much vivid and picturesque real life events that just raced passed my life span arena that to stop by and jot it down would just bring back all those arithamatic and progressive emotions ,which are just aint required.So to start with today's menu would include, visiting the 13B flat at Delhi and then see if the pink panther can steal audiences for a change...hmmm
13 B
first the good part
well directed movie (many good shots with varied angles), good performances given by all ....simple straight view of indian middle class family with love, understanding, emotions, drama between the family members braught out nicely by the director.
Now for the fly in the pudding
plot lacked the punch and solution too vague and unbelieveable...visuals to make you run for cover are just too slow to come in.. and with a lot of time delay til the next horror scene eruption.
An overall 2 and a half..better than many other movies which released with this one


The Pink Panther
pros vs cons
A strong cast (with Steve martin,Andy garcia,Jean Reno,Aishwarya Rai) but only highlighted performances of Steve Martin while others were like the flies on candy floss.
A strong Brand name but no smoke in screen play
Steve Martin as usual was at his best and does manage to make audience burst out in to bits of laughter but the conclusion was just a narration to remind us that its time to end the movie
Overall 2 out of five ,a can watch movie if you are one of the pink panter fans from tiny tot days

INVADER MALWARE
PROBLEM CATCHING UP

Hi this blog incidentally or unfortunately does not come up with a way to find and block it but will surely address the problem so as make everyone aware of it.There are a number of people who are already infected while seeking a solution to block this malware.This malware for starters is not a virus i repeat not a virus but has coexisted and adapted to all our desktops .The first symptom will include pop ups for various users having proactive defense in their anti virus such as Kaspersky,AVG etc.I have checked all forums and technical support but everyone is just showing way to evade the pop ups and none are addressing the problem.This malware once in your system injects its code on to your system or third party softwares causing them to execute without your command for the same.Everytime it injects its code and executes the program the proactive defense gives you a warning popup of invader trying to start the program .This is the only time when any of us comes to know that it exists.While in the other cases nor you manually nor your anti virus can predict its existence.
The only solution so far that i could come across is that if you come across the pop up from your anti virus ,it will always tell you that it is trying to start some software or program ,the good news then would be that if it is third party software that it ios trying to start then you could just uninstall that particular software and re install it if it says that it is trying to start a system process then i am afraid ,you might need to pull the plug and reinstall the OS itself or else coexist with this malware as it is not creating or destroying anything but just executing your trusted programs without your permission
guess i did address the problem successfully without a solution.
So keep on reading and as soon as i get a solution you would know where to look .

WHAT THE HELL IS A TORRENT

To start with what is a torrent ,in simplified terms its an address that has destination of seeds and peers or in other words where we can find what we want.In a nutshell its the address without which you cannot find what you want to download, it will always be suffixed by (*.torrent ).Next question where do I get this torrent ?There are many sites that publish torrents ,to simplify your search I have pasted a torrent search engine on this blog powered by Google.Go ahead and type what you want to download (example ...wallpaper torrent).
2 As you have understood what is a torrent, now the next question is what to do with the torrent in hand?This torrent that you have searched needs to be downloaded to your disc or just copy the URL.Next step would include a small software install on your computer that makes use of your torrent.To get this software just go to this link www.utorrent.com and download the small file(size does not exceed kb's).After download just install the software .(screen shot shown above)
3. Now you are all set to roll go to the file tab on the top left corner and browse to the torrent you have saved on to your desktop or simply paste the url that you copied .As soon as you do this it will find some seeds (server ) and some peers automatically and ask you for confirmation to start download .The speed would be slow in the beginning and gradually increase as more peers and seeds are latched upon.Here you are! all set with the download ,so go ahead and enzoy

ADVANTAGES OF U TORRENT
1. Like previously, finding a host and trying to download from that host is surely fast in the beginning but can get real slow as more ppl try to download from the same host/source and more to your discomfort when the link with the host is disrupted,in this case even if one of your seeds switches off the software automatically latches to another host/peers giving you the end result at any cost ..... Unless your internet connection itself gets disrupted...

The next advantage being that it splits any given download in to bits and downloads these bits from various peers and seeds (server),it may download some bits from some peer some other from other peer and in the end does a checksum of the header and footer of your subject download and only if it is complete does it show download complete on your computer

GHAJINI

Ghajini…. (A story well told) ..everything about this movie is made to perfection being a remake and already having the privilege to watch the original … the director has refined the story telling part … the actors have performed to expectations as both the actors were no new comers or new talents, they have done justice to the story and the director. Cinematography surpasses expectations and some locales have been well blended with the lighting effects and natural lighting.The scene which moves the audience and keeps them on the edge urging them to believe in the story and the madness shown by the hero to kill the villain is the scene where the heroine is killed with a crude ferrous rod impact on the head .Overall the intensity of the main lead ,the villain and the direction will always leave an impact on you as you go back to your homes after the movie . What went on the dark side was too much of skin show of the hero (this too is off beat as compared to the heroines waiting to shed some clothes in other movies of the genre ).Every song did try to highlight the well toned muscular physique of Aamir giving less room for the choreography and footage for the lead actress ,secondly the dress designer though surely under pressure to reveal those 16 inches of biceps of Aamir made him wear shirts that resembled of gujrati ladies wearing designer and colorfull blouses.

Overall an offbeat movie with tragedy and revenge as the main theme and intense acting by one n all ,direction and music as the driving force .

Rab ne bana di jodi ..... to theek hai ...but why make us watch it
There is a good news and bad news so as usual let goodness come first.. an overall entertainer ,at the end while walking out of the theater you will have some good cinemotgraphy and some really good tunes leaving an impression of 'NICE' on your grey cells celluloid.The aura of the golden temple and the love story brewing drop by drop under its shade gives a intuition of serenity to the whole movie(that is before we see the movie from the promos ).Music by Salim-Sulemanin is worth taking your hats off for,tunes are catchy and you can hear 'HAULE,HAULE' finding its way on the lips of most of the ppl (That credit goes to the marketing dept to screen promos as early as one month before the release).
Coming to acting ...Shah-Rukh has done a very good job while performing the middle class straightforward and boring Suri from Punjab Power(not the usual stuff that just replicates itself while he is trying to act usually).... the character Raj was depicted in an usual manner where you could predict ShahRukh's expressions of what was coming next.As for the lady quite average but good to mark it as the first attempt ...needs to stretch the facial muscles just a lil bit more.

Coming to the bad news..... Who wrote this story ...even if you rate the story as 4 out of 10 then where did director not at least make them(suri and Raj) not so easily recognizable could have given him a thick beard atleast. What lacked was the failure to make the audience believe in the love story ,even if your compassionate side propelled you to immerse yourself in the songs and the beauty of the locales your mind wouldn't just let you enjoy the movie as the story is just not churning.The movie was loud in terms of colors and the dress designer should really do some introspection.... even if Raj was supposed to be loud there has to be some sanity in him that will make him wear sane clothes at least thinking about his serious role ....(the serious role had good sense of dressing).
In a nutshell...entertainer but not a must see material
